7 years of using RedHat and I had no idea that they have an official IRC channel until a few weeks ago...

irc.openprojects.net #redhat

Seems to be much friendlier than #linux and all the usual support chans on EFnet etc...definately worth a look if you need help (or just to idle like me).

I am going to be setting up a CGI based IRC client on the site in the next couple of days :)
