Post subject:  Getting SMTP mail to my mail server

I am trying to work out how to get mail arriving at my CC gateway into my Exchange server. I have made some changes to the exim.conf to have the mail relayed to a sub-domain on my network where my mail server resides.
:(
However when CC loads I get an exim configuration error:
"Option 'route_list' unknown in line 372"

In my exim.conf file I have a section under Routers configuration:

lookuphost:
driver = lookuphost
transport = remote_smtp
ignore_target_hosts = 127.0.0.0/8
no_more
self = pass
route_list = * mydomain.name byname

I have checked out the EXIM FAQ but no clear answers.

google is typically my first stop with a prob like that. There is always someone somewhere has already dealt with it. Try searcing for 'exim route_list'... and hey look you're not alone. eg. this looks comprehensive...
http://216.239.33.100/search?q=cache:_-zK3oK_bioC:www.big.or.jp/~mio/ca/ex/man/ex_man_domainlist_router.html+exim+route_list&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

failing that, second stop requires a little more digging for an active user group. groups.google.com and groups.yahoo.com or http://www.geocrawler.com
eg. is this any use, or provide any ideas? http://groups.yahoo.com/group/exim-users/message/33703

seek and ye shall find.
