* S/W: EZ-SCSI (CD-ROM) & software drivers
* CONNECTORS: 1 x 50pin internal. 1 x 50pin high density SCSI-II external
* Supports up to 7 single ended devices

* Includes internal cable & complete documentation
Adaptec: http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/suppor ... AHA-2940UW

Installation: http://www.mdyn.com/service/notes/2940UW.html

I have the card, a SCSI cable and the original software CD and disks, it has been tested at work and works fine (its near impossible to kill an Adaptec SCSI card).

I would like $150 o.n.o. for it or I will just keep it and get a second hand SCSI HDD from work and put it in the server at home.
